TERMS AND CONDITIONS- BUY PRABHAT MILK(PAUSHTI/ GOLD) AND GET A CHANCE TO MEET MADHURI DIXIT
  • Prabhat Dairy Ltd. (herein after referred to as “Prabhat Dairy”) BUY PRABHAT Milk(PAUSHTI/ GOLD) AND GET A CHANCE TO MEET MADHURI DIXIT promotion (herein after referred to as “Promotion”) is valid in Maharashtra, from <<<00:00 Hrs>>> on 28th April 2018 till 20th may 2018<<<23:59 Hr>>>(herein after referred to as “Promotion Period”), or such further extended period as may be decided by Prabhat Dairy for all residents of India who are above 18 years of age.
  • Upon purchase of minimum 1 Pack of either Prabhat Paushti Milk 1Ltr or 500ml pouch or Prabhat Gold Milk 1Ltr or 500ml pouch from retailer across Maharashtra, the customer needs to send a SMS to 9320324324 in the following format (printed on the pack), allowing the customer to participate in the Promotion.
  • 10 winners of the Promotion will be selected by Prabhat Dairy post the Promotion Period.
  • The participation is voluntary. Participation in this activity will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. The winner(s) will be intimated through a call on his/her mobile and a follow-up call from Prabhat Dairy. Prabhat Dairy shall not be responsible for any untoward incident/accident/mishap and consequent damage to the person/prize winner while during his/her tour.
  • Each unique code has a fair and equal chance of winning. The results announced will be final and binding.
  • Procedure to be followed by the Customer.
    • A customer needs to purchase any of the selected products (1 Pack of either Prabhat Paushti Milk 1Ltr or 500ml pouch or Prabhat Gold Milk 1Ltr or 500ml pouch) from any retail shop. Each of the selected products of the Prabhat Dairy will have a unique code printed on the pouch.
    • The customer will have to SMS the Unique Code printed on the on the pouch to the number 9320324324, in the format PRABHAT.
    • For e.g. if the customer purchases a Prabhat Paushti 1ltr pouch bearing the alpha- numeric code “P1234567” then the customer needs to SMS “PRABHAT P1234567 to 9320324324.
    • If the code sent is correct and in the correct format, the customer will receive an acknowledgement message saying “THANKS FOR PARTICIPATION. LUCKY WINNERS WILL BE CONTACTED VIA PHONE ON MAY 22nd. LOGIN TO WWW.PRABHATDAIRY.IN FOR MORE INFORMATION. T&C APPLY”
    • If the code sent is already registered, then the customer will receive a message saying “SORRY, THE CODE SENT BY YOU IS INVALID. KINDLY SEND THE CORRECT CODE”
    • Each SMS sent by the customers will be charged as per their tariff plan.
    • Prabhat Dairy will not be responsible for any loss of opportunity to participate in the Promotion nor be held liable for any loss as a result of customer not being able to send the correct or incorrect format to 9320324324 or if customer looses the Neck Tag of the Prabhat Ghee from where the alphanumeric code to participate in the promotion was obtained.
    • Prabhat Dairy accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, unique codes, documents, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. Prabhat Dairy shall not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
    • By participating in this Promotion, the participant agrees to receive communication(s) from Prabhat Dairy and/or the Event Management Company relating to the Promotion and the participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Prabhat Dairy and/or the Event Management Company in this respect.
    • No entries by surface mail, courier, email, or any other means of communication other than those specified above shall be entertained. In case of any queries relating to the Promotion, the participants can dial 18002707777 or send an email to info@prabhatdairy.in.
    • The winner has to authenticate post receiving the notification from Prabhat Dairy by presenting the original pouch on which the unique code is printed and has been used to participate in the Promotion. Prabhat Dairy will withdraw the Prize to the concerned participant if the concerned pouch is not produced at the time of claiming the Prize.
    • Prabhat Dairy reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the winner’s identity, resident status in India and age. In exercising this right, Prabhat Dairy may ask the winner to provide any documentary or other form of evidence, and if evidence does not establish the same then Prabhat Dairy, in its sole discretion, will have the right to disqualify the winner.
    • The location at which proof of winning has to be provided will be informed to the winner at the time of informing him/her of their winning the Promotion.
    • Any request for exchange of Prize for cash or any other form of gratification or reward will not be entertained. The Prizes are non-transferable.
    • Prabhat Dairy reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms of the Promotion at its sole discretion without any notice or liability at any time during the validity with or without notification and without assigning any reason.
    • The decision of Prabhat Dairy shall be final and binding regarding this Promotion, and parameters to decide the winner. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
    • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the scheme, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
    • By participating in the Promotion, each participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contract under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering into the Promotion the participant warrants that all information provided by the participant regarding its name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
    • The Promotion is open to all Indian residents (except employees and family members of PRABHAT DAIRY)
    • Prabhat Dairy and its management firm reserve the right to use the winner’s testimonial in any future marketing or promotional material and the same shall be the sole property of Prabhat Dairy.
    • By entering the Promotion, the participant agrees that Prabhat Dairy shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
    • Decision of Prabhat Dairy in relation to the Promotion and matter incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the customer.
